Description
- Learn sports skills, acquire knowledge and skills in sports, and cultivate a positive attitude towards an active and healthy lifestyle.
- Promote physical health, enhance physical fitness, self-management capabilities, and body coordination through an active and vigorous lifestyle.
- Cultivate positive values, positive attitudes, and good moral behavior related to sports, and learn to develop transferable skills that promote lifelong learning.
Features
- Students will learn at least eight different sports skills from four activity categories in their junior forms. They will then promote emerging sports and complete career sports reports in their senior forms to establish a healthy lifestyle pattern.
- In high school, students will work in groups to create instructional/demonstration videos to reinforce what they have learned.
- A school-based physical fitness curriculum will be implemented, including activities such as school-wide running and long-distance cross-country training, to cultivate regular running habits among students.
- By completing career sports-reports, students are encouraged to participate in extracurricular sports development activities and reflect on their personal growth.
