Our school has implemented the "Whole School Approach Learning Rewards Scheme" for over 20 years. The program aims to reward students in various areas and enhance their confidence and motivation in learning.

The "Whole School Approach Learning Rewards Scheme" consists of five major categories for student evaluation, including "Academics", "Discipline", "Service", "Activities", and "Family Life". In the "Academics" category, students are assessed based on their performance in tests and examinations. There is also the "Key Learning Area Rewards Program Card and Stickers" that students can earn for demonstrating good performance in regular classroom activities, contributing to their overall scores and prizes.

The "Discipline" category evaluates students' conduct, attendance, and appearance, encouraging them to exhibit good behavior in school. The "Service" and "Activities" categories assess students' active participation in various service and extracurricular activities. There is the "Whole School Approach Learning Rewards Scheme Single Service/Activity Stamp Card" to incentivize students' involvement. Notably, the "Family Life" category involves parents filling out evaluation forms during the annual Parent's Day to assess students' performance at home, such as assisting with household chores.

After aggregating scores from each category, the students with the highest scores in each class are awarded gold, silver, or bronze awards. Other students who meet the score requirements also receive excellent awards, encouraging more students to excel. The student with the highest score in the entire grade receives the "Honor Award" for the grade, which includes a scholarship from the Parent-Teacher Association.

The "Whole School Approach Learning Rewards Scheme" provides opportunities for students with outstanding performance in different areas to be recognized and encouraged. It also promotes the holistic development of students, encouraging them to cultivate good character and actively engage in extracurricular activities and services alongside their academic pursuits.
