Our school was deeply honored to invite Ms. Elsie Leung, GBM, JP, the former Secretary for Justice, to deliver an insightful seminar on National Security to our teachers and students.

Drawing on her profound legal expertise and extensive public service experience, Ms. Leung illustrated the vital connections between the rule of law, the Constitution, the Basic Law, and National Security through practical examples.

The seminar significantly enhanced students' understanding of the importance of safeguarding national security and inspired them to reflect on their civic responsibilities and the sustainable development of a law-abiding society.
