Mai Po Nature Reserve Ecological Visit and Service Learning
13 Nov 2025

On November 13, 2025, our students visited the Mai Po Nature Reserve, managed by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), to participate in an ecological field trip and service learning activity.

Guided by professional staff, students gained a deeper understanding of the biodiversity of wetland flora and fauna and actively engaged in conservation efforts, such as weeding, in a volunteer capacity. This initiative integrated natural science knowledge with the practice of environmental stewardship. It aimed to enhance students' ecological literacy and conservation awareness, fostering a strong sense of social responsibility towards environmental sustainability through on-site observation and hands-on labor.
