The Hong Kong education sector held a flag raising ceremony on 1 October 2026 to celebrate the 77th anniversary of National Day. The ceremony took place at our school and was organised by a preparatory committee formed by 40 school sponsoring bodies, school councils and teacher organisations. More than 400 teachers, students and parents attended, and the Secretary for Education and other guests officiated at the ceremony. Students from our school performed Jasmine Flower on handbells as a gesture of good wishes to the nation. Our school was honoured to host this occasion, and hopes that students gained a deeper understanding of national development and a stronger sense of national identity.
